BizSyncQ is operated by Busaki Investments LLC. This policy explains how BizSyncQ collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our mobile application and services.

• Business records you enter, including income, expenses, invoices, customers, receipts, and reports.
• Images and documents you choose to upload, such as receipts and business logos.
• Bank account and transaction information when you voluntarily connect a financial institution through our banking provider. BizSyncQ does not receive your bank login password.
• Subscription and purchase information processed by Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat.
• Technical information needed for security, troubleshooting, and app performance.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and maintain BizSyncQ, organize business records, generate reports and invoices, process subscriptions, provide customer support, improve performance, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

How Information Is Shared

We may share information with service providers that help operate BizSyncQ, including Supabase, Plaid, RevenueCat, Apple, Google, and Vercel. These providers process information to perform services on our behalf or under their own applicable privacy terms. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, our services, or the public.

BizSyncQ does not sell personal information.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing taofikbusari@gmail.com with the subject “BizSyncQ Account Deletion Request.”

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

BizSyncQ is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Choices

You may review or update certain account information in the app. You may disconnect linked financial accounts and request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us.
